Where do we check in for our tour?
Our check in location is at the Sedona Airport. 1225 Airport Rd. Sedona, AZ 86336
Will there be other people on our tour?
We try to fill all of the seats for each flight. Depending on the size of your group, we will match you up with other passengers.
Can we bring a bag or backpack?
We prefer that all bags be left behind. There is very little room in the aircraft to store bags.
Is there anything special we need to bring or wear?
There are no special requirements needed. You can dress however you are comfortable.
Can we bring food or alcohol?
Food and alcohol are not permitted on the aircraft. Water is okay.
Are any items not permitted on your tours?
We do not allow…..Bags, Weapons, Selfie Sticks, Animals.
Are reservations required?
No. However we recommend booking in advance to ensure flight availability.
What time do your tours depart?
We fly from 9 am to sunset daily. Flights generally depart every 15-30 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy is 24 hours prior to departure or a 50% charge will be incurred.
Do you offer hotel pickups?
Yes. We provide shuttle service to most Sedona area hotels and resorts.
Can we reserve a private tour?
Yes. Private tours can be reserved by purchasing all of the seats on the aircraft.
What happens if it rains?
We will fly in the rain. However if the visibility is limited to less than 1 mile, we will hold or reschedule.
Are your aircraft air conditioned?
Are your tours safe?
Yes. We have been in business since 1994. We have a 100% safety record.
Can children go on the tours, and what are the age limits?
Yes. There are no age limits. A child less than 24 months is a lap child. There is no fee for lap children.
Can women that are pregnant fly?
How many passengers do your helicopters accommodate?
We operate 4 and 6 passenger helicopters.
Can people with physical disabilities take your tours?
Yes. We will offer additional assistance if needed.
Are there weight limits?
No. However we do charge an additional half seat for passengers over 285 lbs.
Should we tip our pilot/ground crew?
Tipping is appreciated.
